After our good coming back to Magdeburg from our
summer school in Niigata I want to say thank you to your
University for this interesting weeks.I'm convinced that this summer school in Niigata was a new highlight in the cooperation between our both universities and our two faculties.
This course in Niigata was for our students and also the leader of the student group a very interesting and good melange to get a small but very interesting insight in Japanese language, historical and new culture, technology and science.
All members of the group came back with so many new impressions , new experience and a lot of personal amities to your student.
It was also interesting to get an impressing overview about your study conditions, the research work for assistants and students and also about the co-operation work with industry and companies in and around Niigata.
By the way, the most of them made also close contacts with their homestay-families and stay still in contacts.
Therefore we welcome you and your student group next year in Magdeburg at the 0tto-von-Guericke-University.
For the friendly welcome at your university I want to say thank you to you and also to your colleagues once more. They have all managed very well.
I'm hopeful, that we can continue our contacts between the scientist and also the students in the next few years.
